Hi everyone, it's the day after Christmas. We have a chrystal clear day here in the Pacific Northwest. Fiona and Jackson are playing on the iced over lake on the Yakima Greenway.

- I am passionate, dedicated, artistic, and compassionate to what ever I put my energy towards. I love to run because it's always changing and never remains stagnant. You have to readjust your goals, speed work, terrain etc... as one ages. Life is this way as well. The better one can "Go with the Flow" and not fight resistance, the healthier one becomes.
