Fiona swims the 50 meter Freestyle today and takes 4th in her heat, at the
November Harvest Swim Meet 2009. We had a great morning!!!

You have to readjust your goals, speed work, terrain etc... as one ages. Life is this way as well. The better one can "Go with the Flow" and not fight resistance, the healthier one becomes.
